| I can't look the people on this side of the road in the eye and not
give them something. Whatever their sign says...it doesn't matter. It
is their eyes that make me hurt. I almost cried yesterday when I looked
into his eyes. A few days ago he may have had a family and a house but
yesterday he was left to beg.
What are we to do? Some Christians say that those people should just go
get jobs. What are we really supposed to do? What do you do?

| I love being a student. Seriously...I am a nerd and love to go to
class. I'm in seminary and this is my third semester. At the pace I am
going I am sure to eat my words about loving school but what can you
do? Seminary is an interesting place because as a female, I am kind of
a minority. What I mean by kind of a minority is that I am the only
girl in my 9am class and there are probably 25 guys. Luckily it isn't
Expository Preaching or anything so I am not getting boo'd. I guess I
will take on the male dominated world all alone this semester. Ladies
of seminary... come quickly.

| Move in day was a sucess. No problems. Maybe they are coming. Yesterday was very exhautsting. I woke up sick and coughing, I have been laying down all day. Oh well, welcome class of 2010! | | |
| I used to make fun of people who clumsily hurt themselves by falling down and twisting an ankle. Tonight I got my just reward for all of that lack of empathy when I fell of the ladder at work and twisted my ankle. I am bummed, no running until I am un-sore on the ankle. That's what I get for laughing at other's misfortune...clumsiness as I age. | | |
